We came in to have our Frenchie checked out and left truly impressed by the outstanding care we received. The entire team was incredibly attentive, compassionate, and thorough in explaining every step of the process and what was going on with our dog. We were quickly seen, and the entire experience was efficient and smooth from start to finish. We arrived worried and left relieved and thankful. VEG White Plains was wonderful to us during two emergency visits for my dog, Didi. From the moment we walked in, everyone was kind, patient, and genuinely caring. Emergency vet visits are never easy, but the entire team made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. Pricing was also very fair for emergency care, which I really appreciated. What stood out most was how thorough they were. They clearly explained procedures, provided detailed notes and billing, followed up afterward to check on Didi, and even identified a heart concern that our regular vet had not yet caught. I truly felt like they were paying attention to the full picture of her health, not just the immediate issue. I especially want to recognize Samantha DiFazio. She was absolutely amazing throughout the entire experience. Calm, compassionate, patient, and incredibly reassuring — the type of person who instantly makes you feel like your pet is in good hands. She consistently checked in, made sure everything was going smoothly, and treated both us and Didi with genuine care. Her expertise is unmatched. VEG is lucky to have someone like her representing their team. Overall, I would absolutely recommend VEG White Plains to anyone needing emergency care for their pet. While I hope we do not need another emergency visit anytime soon, I would feel very comfortable bringing Didi back there if needed.
